Payment
Sydney's Jewelry accepts money orders, cashier's checks, bank checks or Pay Pal payments. www.PayPal.com allows you to use your credit card to pay for items you buy online. You will need to register with Pay Pal in order to obtain an account. E-mail me, to find out procedures for payment.
Layaway plan
If you would like to order a special piece of jewelry and would like to use my layaway plan, I would be happy to arrange a payment plan for you. I usually require a one-third down payment, and three or four monthly payments of the remaining cost. Upon final payment, your jewelry will be shipped within 24 hours.

Special orders
Most all of the jewelry offered is special ordered and usually takes from five to ten working days to complete. You will be informed, when your payment is received and when your jewelry is being produced. If you need a rush order for any reason, I will do my best to help you get the piece you need as fast as possible.

I ship via Federal Express or Express or Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped, so that you will be aware of when to expect it.
Return policy
I want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, you may return the item in "as new" condition, within 10 days after you receive it. You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges and a 10 percent restocking fee.
